Christmas Time and Artificial Trees

Hey there, I have returned to this blog to post what I believe is my own opinionated view on why I think artificial Christmas trees are the best.

We all know that at this time of the year, the retail therapy madness is beginning to overcome everyone and we all feel that urge to get out of doors and head for the stores to go spend as much money as we don't have on a bunch of stuff we don't want or to give away as gifts to people we don't like (or maybe some we do) and we give them a bunch of stuff they don't want either but are too polite to say it. At least most of them. there is always the crotchety old aunt who can give you that look of thunder when she opens yet another pack of handkerchiefs!

Anyways. I'm drifting off topic. I just wanna say it once more that I love artificial Christmas trees for many reasons but most of all I just hate cleaning up all the mess after a real tree has been left standing in my home for the holiday season. It drives me nuts! Plus I hate fighting with a tangled mess of tree lights every year. Plus I just hate disposing of the thing when the season of goodwill is over once again.

Give me a cool realistic looking artificial tree every Christmas time from now on, cause they are so clean, convenient and mine is pre-lit... no more wrestling with tangled cables! That's all I'm saying this time out, so have a great Christmas!
